Getting in the Wine Line
When I was in the process of packing and moving and unpacking, I put my Netflix account on hold (a handy feature if you’re super busy or on extended vacation).
Just recently, I started it up again and decided it was time to open a new account: on Wine Q. Now, if you haven’t heard of it yet, imagine Netflix for wine lovers. You fill your queue with wines from small producers– bottles that aren’t so easy to find. Then decide how many you want per shipment and at what time intervals. I’m taking it slowly with 2 bottles a month. And as long as your order is at least $35, there’s no charge for shipping. First three months are free, and after that it’s $4.95 a month. With about 20 wineries already on board and more added all the time, it’s a convenient way to try some interesting wine. For instance, I just received my shipment, and along with an Escafeld Zinfandel I’m excited to taste, I got a bottle of my beloved Twisted Oak Petite Sirah (otherwise unavailable). Praise be.
If you’re interested in joining the wine line, let me know and I’ll send you an invite that will get you a coupon for $5.

Great review! Soon, WineQ will be so much more than that — but of course you already knew that and are keeping it a secret. :)
Thanks for being part of the club!
